Delivery time : Approximately 1-3 working days

Promotion: Delivery fee will be waived automatically for order over $350 For all below $350 order, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged for Hong Kong Order and HK$34 will be charged for Macau order. Upon arrival, SF Express will send an sms to the cellphone no. provided by the customer to instruct the customer for pick up procedure. So please ensure a correct cellphone no. is input and the no. is able to receive an sms within the reigon of HKSAR (Macau for Macau order)

If customer chooses SF Locker and fails to complete the pickup procedure within 24 hours. An accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.

JAAAM will not be responsible for any Shipment Storage Surcharge incurred due to customer delay in picking up. We recommended customer to check sms regualarly and complete the pick up procedure as soon as possible.
