A refund normally will be processed within 5-7 working days and the money will be refunded to your originally payment account.

Conditions for Return:

Please be reminded that under the following conditions, your return will not be accepted.

1) The product has been received by the customer after 14 days or;
2) The product has been used for more than 25% of the net content contained or;
3) Any gifts, sample kits or any products exchanged using JAAAM member's points or;
4) Any return that the customer has not paid for the retrun delivery fee;
For return of value bundle or any products purchased through a combination of product discount, the whole bundle of products is required to be return under the above conditions.
If the original order exceed certain purchase amount in which free gift(s) is(are) received, the customer is required to also return the products along with such free gift(s).
For any return, cutsomer is required to present to us the order number for our verification.
